Tarot Reading Policies
Video Call Reading
If the client chooses to have their reading delivered via video call at time of purchase, an email will be sent out 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time with the zoom link. If there are issues with the link, send a direct message on Instagram (@veilweaver) or email and we can meet digitally in another manner. The reading will be a timeframe of 15-30 minutes depending on the specificity of the question or if there are follow up questions. If for some reason I am unable to make the date, I will send the client an email within 24 hours before the scheduled date to inform, and within 24 hours of the meeting date I will send an inquiry with other options to reschedule.
Written Reading
If the client chooses the written version, the reading will be sent in a pdf format to the email address given at time of purchase unless otherwise specified. The written reading PDF includes an image of the card spread, along with another page of how I interpreted the cards and what guidance I was given to share with the client. They will be sent by the timeframe in the Tarot Reading of choice. If for some reason, I am unable to send the written version within the timeframe decided upon, an email will be sent to the client within 24 hours before or after that timeframe to communicate the change of date.
Aura Reading Policies
Aura Readings will be provided in a written PDF format along with an image of what I see the client’s aura to look like within 15 days of purchase. If for some reason, I am unable to send the Aura Reading within the timeframe decided upon, an email will be sent to the client within 24 hours before or after that timeframe to communicate the change of date.
Tarot and Aura Readings are refundable within 11 days of the date of when the reading was scheduled if the client has received the product and is displeased with the quality of services. If a refund is requested past the 11 day mark of when their reading was received, it will be denied.

Reiki Disclaimer
This Legal Disclaimer allows alternative practitioners to practice legally in the State of California. Requesting Refunds
If a client is displeased with the services Veil Weaver has provided, the client has 11 days after Divination Reading delivery date to request a refund. A request for a refund within 11 days of scheduled meeting or delivery date due to displeasure of services provided will receive a full refund. Any requests after the 11 day mark will be denied.

A: Reiki is a Japanese technique of gentle touch and hand placement that shifts energy within a person’s energy field to promote balance and healing.
A: Wear comfortable clothing and be open to connecting with the Reiki energy. If you have booked a Distance Reiki session, it is advised that you are in a comfortable sitting or laying down position for the appointment.
